Qlynic

Qlynic brings the clinical record and the daily operation of a clinic into one command center. Built by Arxeon Inc. in Calgary, it connects booking, charting, prescriptions, patient communication, payments and billing around a shared patient record.

Patients can book through web and SMS, complete digital intake and use a patient portal. Clinic teams manage real-time schedules across providers and branches, reminders and telehealth. Clinical tools include encounter notes, coded prescribing, allergy checks, and lab, imaging and referral requisitions.

An optional AI Scribe drafts clinical documentation and Alberta billing-code suggestions for clinician review. Arxeon is accredited by Alberta Health as a direct H-Link submitter, enabling native AHCIP billing.

Built first for Alberta family medicine and walk-in clinics, Qlynic also supports clinic operations outside Alberta without requiring Alberta insurance billing.
