QualityQuotes is a free ACA quoting tool built for US health insurance brokers selling Affordable Care Act Marketplace coverage. The product runs on live CMS Healthcare.gov data, surfaces APTC and SLCSP subsidy math next to every plan, automatically detects CSR variants at the correct FPL bands, and exports client-ready PDFs with the broker's own logo at no charge.

Brokers can quote across every state from one workflow, with no per quote fees and no per seat license. The plan ranker uses a scoring function with templated reasoning rather than opaque LLM recommendations, so brokers and households see why a plan was suggested.

QualityQuotes is built and maintained by Devkrest, an engineering firm that builds custom platforms for ACA, Medicare, and ICHRA agencies. The free product is funded by Devkrest's custom build business, not by selling broker data or carrier kickbacks.
