“Very upsetting customer service and features not up to expectations”
We had WLabel scheme plan with Rankur beginning on Mei 2023. Better stay away. I was on White label plan of USD298 per month. So dissatisfied with the way they handle customer. Despite already paid the monthly set up fee, - SSL not included in the subdomain (Already asked before but no reply!) - FB mentiined feature not working despite already sent email asking help (No! No reply at all from Rankur people) - They said they monitor social media, but what I saw only Twitter monitoring, no FB, no TikTok , no IG. They do heavily on news outlets and blogs. - Report looks old fashioned. Unlike Brand24 for USDless than 150 you get compelling and beautiful reports. Worst of all- They charged full USD298.00 for June 2023! Deducted from my bank account! Overall, i’ve had one of the worst experiences in dealing with online service provider. My advise- Stay away!
