Employees read it from an email link or in a portal that works on a phone or a shared tablet, so frontline staff without a company inbox are included. Reminders go out automatically before the deadline and overdue items escalate to managers. Employees must reach the end of the document before they can acknowledge it, and high-risk policies can require a short quiz.

Every acknowledgment is recorded with the time, the device and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact document version, with a signed PDF receipt.
