Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
Reditus is an Affiliate Management Software purely focused on B2B SaaS companies. Our goal essentially is to help those startups grow, by leveraging someone else its network. As affiliate marketing is a paid-per-performance channel it brings low & predictable costs to SaaS companies. They only need to pay out commissions when they receive paid clients from their affiliates.
 
I’m the founder & CEO of the company and started Reditus out of pure frustration. Being a SaaS affiliate myself I ran into many issues with the current tools on the market. Hence I decided to build my own tool, which works well for the SaaS companies but also the affiliates. 

Our marketplace is a great way for SaaS startups to list their affiliate program, which can be found by the affiliates on the other side. This allows them to grow outside their own network, which allows growing faster and in different regions.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
As most products are built purely focused on the SaaS side we have taken a different approach. We wanted to make sure that both sides of the app are user-friendly and help them to grow. When an affiliate does well, the SaaS company will, and eventually, we will as well. So in the core; the app has great tracking capabilities, is easy to use and the pricing is based on the value you are getting. Which is Monthly Recurring Revenue.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
Our pricing is based on the value our clients are getting, where value is Monthly Recurring Revenue. So no vanity metrics, they will only start paying us more when they have generated revenue. Where our pricing starts at $39 per month, competitor pricing can be as high as $1.000 per month. 

We want to show our value, and when the clients are doing well, grow with them.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
We purely focus on B2B SaaS companies. As my personal background and network are within Sales & Marketing you can see more of those companies currently in the marketplace. Last few months however we have been expanding to different industries, for example; Logistics, Event Management & HR. 

In the core, they will always have the same basis. They are a Business To Business Software company that has subscription-based pricing. Our ideal clients are clients which have a self-serve model, as that helps the affiliates to generate more referrals.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
Our marketplace which purely has B2B SaaS companies is definitely one. It is now really easy for affiliates to find software they can recommend, and manage all of them in one simple-to-use platform. That would be another I would say; A simple-to-use platform where you know exactly what is going on. 

People think sometimes of Affiliate Marketing as something ‘shady’, well it isn’t, especially not in B2B SaaS. With the term and conditions we provide to our clients, we protect them from the current types of fraud so they can focus on growing a new revenue channel.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
As a former Head of Customer Success, it is really important for me. In my opinion, a customer is going to be happy when they receive value from your product, and you help them to achieve that. To help them we have: 
- A help center
- Live chat support
- Onboarding calls
- Provide technical support (calls) 
- Pricing based on the value

When you look at our reviews online that is something that keeps coming back. Our users love the support they get to set up an affiliate program. As it is something new to many it often comes down to a bit of education, hence we have been doing quite a few guest webinars and soon will start our own. 

We want to make it as easy as possible for every B2B SaaS startup to set up an affiliate program. This is why we also offer a free plan.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
We are a SaaS, so yes they are repetitive.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
We have a Help Center which has two sections, one for affiliates and one for SaaS companies. This way we want to help both types of users to find exactly how to start generating revenue.

Next to this, we have our own blog, Youtube videos and soon will start our own podcast.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Live chat support. We do not create tickets, try to help our users right away, and if we can’t give them a solution right away. We will follow up with them by email when we can.
What has been the revenue for your product for 2022?
We started generating revenue in 2022, when I quit my job in February. That was the point we started at $0 ARR, we ended the year at $43K ARR.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
We will be the go-to place for SaaS companies who want to set up an indirect marketing channel. Whether it's a referral, affiliate, partner, or anything else. We will be the go-to place where they can manage everything from one dashboard.

Review Summary

We have been struggling for a while with a huge number of affiliate back offices, it is a breath of fresh air to have one that helps us collect these in one place. With a clean easy-to-use UX and extremely friendly and helpful customer service, I can say with confidence that our experience has been extremely positive. Can't recommend this tool enough.
