What Users Like The Most

  • I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the Dialer’s functionality and the efficient organization of KPIs within the CRM. The team is helpful and supportive.
  • It brings all tools into one place—leads, marketing, tasks, follow-ups—saving time with a simple interface and powerful automation.
  • A clean, intuitive interface with powerful automation. Great SMS/phone integration, and reliable built-in skip tracing.

What Users Like The Least

  • It would be great to add new contacts directly in the Dialer and have a more consolidated view of Dialer Stats. The current layout requires too much navigation.
  • It would be better with more robust transaction management tools. Also, there’s no confirmation for sent emails, which can cause some uncertainty.
  • Nothing—I love everything about the software.
