RosterHub replaces the stack of apps, group chats and spreadsheets that most youth sports teams run on. It handles the full season in one place: event scheduling with RSVP tracking and calendar export, roster management with role-based access for coaches, managers, players and guardians, and team communication through announcements, chat and push notifications.

Where it goes further than typical scheduling apps is everything after the calendar. Coaches get game film upload with annotation tools and voice notes, assignable to individual players with acknowledgement tracking, plus whiteboards and play diagrams.
