RowLoom is a free browser tool that cleans and standardizes CSVs, with rules that go beyond basic formatting: phone numbers, currency symbols, boolean normalization, value/code mapping, splitting or merging columns, and locale-aware number formats (US, European, Swiss, French/Nordic, Indian).
