RowLoom is a free browser tool that cleans and standardizes CSVs, with rules that go beyond basic formatting: phone numbers, currency symbols, boolean normalization, value/code mapping, splitting or merging columns, and locale-aware number formats (US, European, Swiss, French/Nordic, Indian). Drop in a file with no signup for a one-off — you can claim it into a free account afterward if you decide you want to reuse the setup — or create an account up front to save a "schema" (your target column layout); RowLoom auto-suggests and remembers the mapping every time after, and you can duplicate or export/import a schema instead of rebuilding one from scratch.
