Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.
Our product Saaslogic is a Billing and subscription management platform to help subscription businesses in SaaS as well as other industries to scale globally without any friction. It is one of the few platforms that provide both regular billing and subscription management in one place. As the competition is getting fierce, innovation in digital payments and multiple channels through which they can be paid is extremely important. Saaslogic provides modern payment options and helps merchants automate every step involved from order-taking to collecting payments every month. We have a strong team that is passionate that listens to merchants constantly improving the product.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
The economy is shifting from ownership to subscription style. That means most businesses will have to deal with the complexities of managing subscriptions to stay in the business. We wanted to provide a platform that is easily configured to the specific needs of merchants and also can be quickly integrated. Merchants face a lot of frustration when it comes to integrations. Having come from the background of building several SaaS products, we understand the pain and we would like to make the process painless for our merchants.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
Saaslogic has the ability to collect payments in local currencies in multiple markets and avoids cross-border transaction fees. Our platform allows merchants to do this with just one account making it easy to set up. Our integration and support are very valuable to our merchants when they really need it.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
First and foremost we have special features for SaaS products regardless of their industry. We have features that do the heavy lifting for handling security and SSO for our SaaS merchants. We are seeing traction in the education, IOT, and healthcare space at this point.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
We are the only Subscription management product that can handle granular security and SSO for merchant’s SaaS products. It is not necessary to take advantage of that feature, but if someone is building a SaaS product, they can completely rely on Saaslogic to define the granular security of the product in Saaslogic.
 
Our extremely rich rule-based configuration makes it possible to adapt Saaslogic to the merchant’s specific requirements. We have a very sophisticated notification process and customizable templates to keep all the parties involved in a timely manner and reduce involuntary churn.
 
Also, we have an embedded payment gateway to provide the best experience to our merchants and bring the lowest transaction fees.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our customers are very sticky with us. We bring unparalleled customer service. We have dedicated customer success managers assigned to every account. We also seek feedback from our customers on regular basis to enhance the product and add new features to constantly bring efficiencies to our customers.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Honestly, it's a little early to answer that. But based on our experience from our services business (Expeed Software), we have a very good track record of keeping our customers happy and retaining them for a long period of time.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
We have general product documentation which describes every feature of the product. For developers that are going to work on integrations, we have API documentation. Also, we have videos that demonstrate some of the complex flows.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
As mentioned, there will be a dedicated account manager for each customer. He/she is the go-to person for anything. Also, we provide email, and chat support.
What has been the revenue for your product for 2022?
We just started operations in 2022. It's a little early to talk about revenue.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
We are passionate about subscription management and the SaaS industry. We have the vision to make it a go-to platform for handling multiple aspects of SaaS business operations. Besides being innovative in billing and subscriptions, we would like to bring other features such as contract management, and CRM, marketing tools into one place for small businesses.
