  • Considering their features, updates, and support level the pricing is more than affordable

What Users Like The Least

  • Spend some time reading the documentation. Even though the app is super user-friendly, you would be able to operate it way more effectively.
  • We would love to see even deeper customization on certain apps' look. But overall, we have had zero percent disappointment in our choice so far.
  • The one con if any would be the processing time after you have uploaded a video. and to be fair it might be out of there control. If they could speed that up at all that would be great.

Incredibly user riendly - all levels of admin were able to learn and start using almost immediately. Can't beat the price, customer service, and product. Worth the investment for both large and small companies.

TelemetryTV and its operating system TelemetryOS have been remarkably easy to install on media players and configure the platform for everyday use. It is simple, easy to use, and very straightforward. We needed an easily updated and maintained digital signage platform for our retail locations and the office to provide signage to employees and visitors while being carried by our marketing and HR teams according to their brand standards, without complicated processes. We reduced tech support time by allowing individual staff to maintain their signage content, lowering error and overhead while improving efficiency. And the price is fantastic.

TelemetryTV makes an exceptional product with premium features for half of the price that other vendors tend to ask for (or do not have such features at all). For example, it has a Webshots feature that allows us to share apps on screens hosted within our offices' private network without compromising our credentials and purchasing expensive 3rd party software licenses for each team member. Our development team is happy with how TTV's API is documented; they were able to create small custom tools so we can get notifications about the uptime of our services the way we need it. Our marketing team loves that they do not have to be tech admins to create and update content.
