What Users Like The Most

  • The tracking page, analytics, and customer support
  • It must be their translation feature of shipping statuses. Although it's a new feature I recently used, it's an excellent feature for global businesses. I'm glad my customers can read their shipping notifications conveniently!

The customer service is outstanding! Victoria responded quickly and provided exactly what I needed to set up 7-day delivery exception alerts. The tracking dashboard is easy to navigate and the notification options save us time by automating customer updates about their orders.

What do you like the least about TrackingMore?

Some of the advanced features weren't immediately obvious to find in the settings. A few more tooltips or quick help guides would make the initial setup easier for new users. But the support team makes up for this by being so helpful when you ask questions.

Essential Tool for My Online Store Operations!

TrackingMore has totally changed my store operations. Before finding this tool, I was constantly scrambling to answer shipping questions and manually checking dozens of tracking numbers daily. Now I can instantly see the shipping status for all orders in one dashboard. Also, I've seen a noticeable drop in support tickets! God bless, it really saves me countless hours each week and eliminates the endless cycle of repetitive shipping questions. Actually, I used Aftership for a short time, they offer tracking as well, but I had a bad experience with their customer support. On TrackingMore, I can ask customer support for help at any time.
