We have been using Troop Messenger for 3 years, and our experience with the tool is amazing. We have never found such time-saving and work productivity features in any other tool. Earlier, we used a popular team messaging tool but always used to find gaps in it as far as team collaboration is concerned. The best part is its user interface, with every detail taken care of to help the users easily identify the features.

What do you like the most about Troop Messenger?
It offers different service models such as SaaS, on-premise, chat APIs, custom apps, and others.
Therefore, enterprises have the choice to choose from any of these depending upon their needs and security.
At our office, we like its File Deck feature the most. It helps us to find all the files in one place that were shared across the platform.
In addition, this feature lets us upload files from our local storage too, allowing us to access them from anywhere.
What do you like the least about Troop Messenger?
I am waiting for the call recording feature, which is coming up in its next release.

Highly Integrated with Zapier and Ideal tool for remote teams

Some of my team members had issues in accessing our previous chat app, so rather than continuing is subscription I decided to transit to another tool. So, in the process we found Troop Messenger, since it has many features I was reluctant to give a try but on my admin team suggestion I checked its UI, to my surprise it is very intuitive and easy to use.
