UVdesk is a free enterprise helpdesk software which allows customers to communicate over email and social media with task management.

So far this solution has been a great tool for working in the company. it allows me to follow current tasks as it keeps me updated on incoming new tickets and customer responses. Overall, this solution is great for what my company and I looking for and need.
