Solid, inexpensive calling center software with all the features you need to get started

VanillaSoft is solid, inexpensive calling software that makes it easy to stand up a small calling center for folks on a budget. It'll do just about anything you want a calling center to do, though I will say, the reporting is kind of janky.

VS has pretty much every calling center feature I could think of

The price for VanillaSoft is pretty low, or at least it was a few years ago

What do you like the least about VanillaSoft?

The reporting features of VS are confusing, esoteric and not very useful. Granted, you can dump everything out to csv and do your own analytics.
