Recruiters still spend tons of time phone screening candidates after an already time-consuming process of sifting through resumes. The problem worsens where resumes aren't a great representation of candidates (for entry-level and most customer-facing roles).

Vesume aims to solve this problem using its asynchronous video interviewing platform. The recruiter decides on a set of questions - uses the platform to turn it into an interview - shares links with a large pool of applicants - and receives video responses for those questions.

This helps by skipping the need for scheduling calls, overcoming constraints of business hours, and providing a higher bandwidth of information for the hiring manager.
