We Get On Stream use VidCruiter. I’ve gone through a lot of applicant tracking software, and VidCruiter is the best one I’ve used. This is because of the feature that tracks how long an applicant takes to respond to a question and whether they’ve answered it correctly or not. I’ve found this goes a long way in assessing an applicant’s capabilities.

We EasyPeopleSearch use VidCruiter. VidCruiter customers can purchase individual modules they want or the entire recruiting suite, including all modules such as video interviewing, applicant tracking, skill assessments, scheduling, and more. The pre-recorded interview feature on VidCruiter helps to hire managers to save a total hire me and avoid scheduling conflicts. Mobile recruiting is supported by VidCruiter for access while traveling. From their iOS and Android mobile devices, candidates and recruiters can watch pre-recorded video interviews or participate in live video interviews/conferences. We have been using it for the last 8 months. We use it weekly.

For our Golf Cart Go business, we use VidCruiter as our ATS. We like this choice because of the fact that we can use this system as a building block, selecting modules that we would like to include individuals for our needs rather than purchasing the whole software. We also enjoy this software because it has pre-recorded interview features, saving our hiring manager a lot of time. A con for us is that it did take us a little time to come to grips with the user interface of this software, but luckily there is all the information you need on the VidCruiter website and once we got used to it, it was plain sailing.
