Wedia is a Digital Asset Management (DAM) provider for large organizations. Enterprise companies that use our platform benefit from streamlined digital asset management processes, improved compliance, and enhanced brand experiences across all channels. I’m the CEO and founder of Wedia.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
Our solution, the result of 10 years of development, responds to all marketing challenges - storage of several million pieces of content, processing of more than 500 formats of photos, videos & 3D. It has the ability to fit into the complexity of global groups - subsidiaries, BUs, multiple brands - and their constraints: Artificial Intelligence, connectivity to various "martech" solutions, a monthly distribution of several billion photos, videos on all continents, "scoring" of the most effective content, contextualization of visuals.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
In comparison to file storage solutions, which lack a number of DAM functionalities like advanced analytics, digital rights management, asset duplication prevention, collaboration workflows, legal compliance features, media delivery, etc. Wedia offers a more secure and comprehensive software suite with DAM at its core. Our solution provides extensive storage space, granular search functionality, and is completely customizable to the branding, the specific business organization as well as tech stacks of our clients. Our solution is a much better alternative to drives and other file-sharing services for companies that need to manage a large volume of diverse assets (3D, 360, images, videos etc), bring together a number of stakeholders around projects, and in the content validation process, and that need to deliver this content across various online and offline channels, with actionable insights on its effectiveness across markets and channels.

We provide customer success management, allowing us to develop personalized strategies for each client to achieve their unique goals. Additionally, we offer enhanced hosting with challenging SLAs, ensuring that our customers' data is secure and their platforms perform at an optimal level.

A significant indicator of our company's success is our 111% Net Retention Rate in 2022. On average, our clients subscribe to our offers for more than ten years.
