Pros:

Easy to use and intuitive. 

You can fix your errors quickly. 

Positive changes are often presented. 

It will keep track of time estimations to avoid overtime. 

There's a feature that helps you find the right CareGiver for open shifts..

 

Cons:

Making changes to the caregivers' schedule can be troublesome.

The application appears to slow down and crash sometimes.

The number of facilities and ease it provides definitely overpower the drawbacks of the software.
