I am the Founder and CEO at DxMinds. My role is to involve in day to day operation, making the overall strategy, handling key customers, etc.

We differentiate from others by offering niche and on-demand solutions than providing traditional development services. Let me share a story. Prior to this, I ventured a tech company in 2008 which got later acquired in 2017 and I took an exit before founding DxMinds. When we started the company we started Web portal development. Then we realized that Website development has tremendous demand, at the same time due to the huge competition, the pricing of development has gone down drastically. It is called a red ocean. We were looking for a blue ocean than becoming another fish in the same red ocean. Luckily we found that as the Mobility domain. We got our first customer from the UK who visited us for Web but gave an opportunity to get into Mobility. Those times it was a new domain, Android just got launched and it was not that popular. In Bangalore, there were a couple of companies who were into the Mobile App development, but they were building their products and selling in the App store. No one or very less was giving App development as a service.  That was an opportunity we took and got the early mover advantages. BigBasket, Byju’s classes are some examples of Apps we delivered those time. Post that we developed some unique solutions for different industries which again made us unique among our competitors. Hence to get success in the business, we should never think about the competitors, neither follow their route, rather focus on the selected problems and create your uniqueness to stand out from the competition.    
In DxMinds after deep research, we have come up with multiple solutions for rapid App development.

We build internally many base frameworks which can be helpful for custom product development. We make sure that we never share or use any customer’s intellectual property. All our solutions and base modules are highly customizable and use open source technologies so that each new and unique requirement from the customer can be built on top of it.

Recently during the COVID 19 pandemic, we have come up with on-demand Business solutions for industries such as DxBasket for converting stores from offline to online, Dr. DX for online doctor-patient consultation, DxLMS for education online, DxHyperstore for Connecting Hyper-Local markets, DxBots.AI for business and customer support automation, etc.

The most blockchain scalability issues which affect the blockchain operation are the limitation in block size, response time, fees, etc. However, there are workaround solutions we use such as Hard forks (Bitcoin Cash), Soft forks (SegWit), Lightning Network, Plasma Cash, Hard Fork, etc.

ICO or Initial Coin Offerings is used by start-ups to bypass the traditional and tedious capital-raising process required by venture capitalists or banks. If you see, ICOs are a new method of crowdfunding used by tech start-ups. The fail rate of ICOs is pretty high. But similar to tech companies using traditional funding methods.

At this point in the game, the success of ICOs is better than the success rate of the tech start-ups, this is happening because of no regulations enabling a proliferation of scams and crap coin projects.

In the future, what I can see is the success rate of ICOs will fall to be closer to the actual success rate of the start-ups, as all industries and people get smarter.

We primarily see the man-hour or man-month effort in design, development and testing. Based on which the project cost is calculated.

It depends on the model we choose. Typically the engagement starts with an advance and followed by the payment based on the milestone completion.
