I am the CTO and co-founder of Payment Labs, a payment solutions company that assists startups with cross-border transactions, tax compliance, and financial compliance regulations. We wanted to provide more payment options to payees, so we hired Webisoft to develop a blockchain platform that enables us to offer pre-paid debit cards, gift cards, PayPal, Venmo, or Crypto as payment methods. Webisoft used Go and Python and did Node.js TypeScript coding to build the platform. We spent $75,000, and the project lasted from June to November 2022. The platform allowed us to automate our processes and gave our users the option to select their preferred payment method. Webisoft's team stayed on budget and within timelines, and they were proactive, responsive, and adaptable to communication tools. Their management and approach to the project were impressive, and they did not require step-by-step instructions.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I wish there was better or more access to the underlying engineering team.

I co-founded Pixel Guru, a mobile solution that helps dealerships sell more cars online by increasing inventory turnover. We hired Webisoft to develop our IOS & Android app and the management system. The founder, William, went to the same university as me and I saw the quality of his work, so I felt confident doing business with him. The project was completed using React Native and Django and had a team of 3, including the founder, associate, and project manager. We had a great experience with Webisoft as they were flexible and professional and delivered everything on time. Their project management style was excellent, giving us the tools and feedback we needed to follow the project. We were impressed with their expertise and professionalism. There was nothing we felt that could have been done differently.

Pixel Guru is a merchandising app to help dealerships across Canada and the US get better ads. The project included lots of mobile development plus a complex "custom-made" managing system behind it. Our tool can manage millions of pictures processing per years.

The tool to oversee the work is not as easy to understand as it could be.
