Seamless communication, cost-effective, and highly experienced team to work with!
The project manager is no doubt the best resource they have, highly skilled with amazing communication, and understands every bit really well. Their team has a diversity that really helped me get through this. We used slack, and Jira as means to continue communications and used zoom for weekly meetings.

The aim of this project was to automate invoice processing for our retail business, in order to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and improve compliance.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their team is highly resourceful if you are technically sound you may easily work with them seamlessly.
A disciplined approach towards the work was a key benefit.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
There was technically nothing that one may coin but still, it was way too professional as compared to other service providers and it takes time and consumes energy to address every single thing professionally.
We can rather skip to the issue and casually discuss it.
