I required a large volume re-Packers in Western Canada for about 500,000 cases of (12X2) annually. 18 Wheels with their automated lines was a perfect partner. Their customer services, systems and capacity was great. It met all my expectations. We required about 10,000 case per week so it was 4 truckloads which there isn't any other re-packers to handle such volumes.

The 18Wheels team had the whole plan finalized before the project kick off date and their team worked very well with our team and was understanding of our challenges at every step. The different departments worked with each other flawlessly and had a solid knowledge of processes and the challenges that faced ahead. 18 wheels was a great firm to work with. They provided lots of customer suppport to get operaitonal. There was a personal dedicated to getting setup. Because they are used to lots of different customers, they have quite a detailed setup process, but having a personal to support us through it helped.
