3 Degrees Consulting (3DC) helps owners, CEOs and COOs of $10M-$30M companies put AI to work where it earns its keep. A company your size is too big to wing it and too small for an AI department, and that middle ground is where we work.

Most engagements start with an AI readiness assessment. We talk with your leaders, look at the tools and data you already have, and rank each possible AI project by effort and payback. You get a roadmap with the first projects, who owns each one and how you will know it worked. If a project won't pay for itself, we tell you before you spend money on it.

For ongoing leadership, we serve as your fractional Chief AI Officer. A full-time chief AI officer runs around $300K a year, and our fractional role costs about 25% of that. It covers AI strategy, vendors, governance, your AI usage policy and a monthly report on what is live and what it saved.

We also train your team. Our Night Shift training gets your people building with AI on the tools you approve, using examples from their own work.
