Adamant Code helps established businesses automate their operations and helps domain-expert founders build software products. We are based in Rijeka, Croatia, and work with clients in the US, UK and EU.

For businesses of roughly 20 to 300 people, we automate the manual work around and between their systems. We connect CRM, ERP, accounting and operational tools, remove repeated data entry and manual handoffs, automate reporting and make company documents searchable. We use AI where it solves a practical problem, such as source-cited document search or support triage.

For founders with domain expertise, funding for a useful first phase and access to prospective users, we shape the first release, design the product, build it for web or mobile and improve it with real user feedback.

For TCE, an infrastructure company, we built source-cited AI search across bid packages that can reach 5,000 to 50,000 pages. It is in production and still used, with an estimated 83% reduction in document search time based on engineer interviews and client estimates. For Ergo Global we built connected customer operations systems. Over five months the support platform managed 11,782 conversations across seven inboxes, and an automated follow-up program sent 3,019 personalized check-ins across 1,749 employee profiles.

For founders, we built Leelou AI, a multilingual text and voice coaching product designed around TNM's coaching standards, and turned GTS Innovative's rough wireframes into a complete AI-assisted marketplace with 50+ screens and 15+ core workflows.

We work one week at a time, covering the planning, design, development and testing the project needs most. Clients get a weekly 30-minute meeting and daily chat with the team in our client portal, and each completed phase includes 30 days of bug fixing at no extra charge.
