Every agent we deploy has a human behind it, with supervision scaled to risk: routine work gets automated checks and sampling, and higher-risk steps get human review or approval. We are model-agnostic, using current frontier models including Claude and Grok plus specialized single-purpose tools, and our agents work inside the CRMs, ticketing systems and document platforms clients already use.
