Working with AI solutions is like working with somebody within the firm; they serve as a true part of our staff. Their resources have integrated well with us and truly understand our needs, so we’re pleased with their work. For comparison, I’ve worked with a lot of contractors in my career, and we’ve always felt that those contractors are outsiders. In fact, I’ve spent a lot of time reminding them of who we are, what the firm stands for, and what our mission is. This isn’t the case for them.
What impressed us the most about AI solutions was their combination of technical expertise and proactive communication. They were Active and Responsive

As of now, everything they have delivered is high-quality. When I work with them, they listen to what we want and implement any changes I feel are necessary.

They worked efficiently on a flexible timeline. The team’s independent style benefited my busy schedule. We communicated primarily via email; they responded within 24 hours. We also interacted on phone and Skype.

The site is ready to launch, but we’ve held off while they complete last-minute updates.

The team was friendly. They were less expensive than other firms and delivered great value for the cost.

Exceptional Code Quality and Proactive Enhancements for a More Stable App

We found the developers to be highly experienced and qualified. Although the app was launched internally but we could see the code quality matched our standards. AI solutions team also took initiative to upgrade the packages/pubs to newer versions, adding static analysis to the project and that helped improve the overall quality and stability of the codebase, which was clearly evident in the reduced number of bugs and incidents.

We were hired by one of our clients to build an app that brings the power of algorithmic trading and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to retail traders. The app allows users to invest in companies that align with their beliefs by incorporating the companies’ Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) score and giving traders a shareholder voice by aggregating opinions on issues they care about. We hired AI solutions to bring in their developers to join our team and speed up the development process and meet an aggressive launch deadline.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

We were really impressed with the developers. It's never easy joining an external team and follow processes and guidelines set which might or might not be same as they must be used to, but collaboration with the developers was a breeze. The developers were highly skilled and experienced but also had native Android and iOS experience which was a great plus.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There were a couple of resourcing challenges in the beginning where our team was not fully aware of availability (fully or partially available) of the resources in advance, but once the developers were onboarded they did an amazing job flagging any downtime from their side.

Reliable team, timely delivery and responsive to feedback.

They’ve delivered on time and schedule, so we were able to start using the platform when we needed it. We are working on some improvements, but we’ve been pretty satisfied with the initial version. They have a responsible management team, and we work with a project manager who communicates closely with us to ensure the project meets our expectations. I think we’ve managed to present the progress of the project very well and on a regular basis. We have weekly updates, and AI solutions responds to our feedback and new ideas very well.

As for technologies, they used Figma for the design part, and I believe they’re using python for development.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

This has been a very complicated project involving many discussions, meetings, constant feedback, and adjustments.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The actual hour and cost span ended up being more than we were expecting. AI solutions communicated that in advance, and we were understanding of the situation. They’ve also offered solutions from their management to make sure we’re okay with everything. We've had some issues, but they’ve been able to work through them to help us get our product in time.

In our line of work, we rely heavily on people finding us online and spending a lot of time on our site looking at our procedures. So far, people have said it is nice, professional and user-friendly. Our previous page was boring compared to it.

I've worked on developing the site along with their project manager and senior developer. They addressed all my needs, which was helpful, given that I'm not experienced in project management of this kind. They work well with non-technical clients to explain the project.

Their team helped me test the idea by setting up landing pages, and running paid and organic media through landing pages. Our goal was to acquire email addresses and leads. Once our key performance indicators (KPIs) were solid, we built out the e-commerce site and product collection. They made offerings customizable for different aspects of the website.

Then they developed a brand style guide including mockups of what the next iteration of the site should like. Now we have a full workflow into all of the custom development we’ll do in phase two.
