Airise

Airise is an AI automation studio based in Prishtina, Kosovo. We build the systems that take repetitive, error-prone work off a business's plate, so the people on the team can spend their time on the work that actually matters.

We work in three layers. AI agents that handle conversations, calls and documents. Workflow automation that connects the tools a company already runs, from CRMs and inboxes to phone systems and databases. And system orchestration that makes those pieces behave as one system instead of a pile of scripts.

Our clients are owner-led and mid-sized companies in business services, finance, legal and healthcare, in Kosovo and across Europe. The starting point is usually the same: a team loses hours every week to intake, data entry, chasing documents, handling routine calls or assembling reports, and that work grows with every new customer.

We never start with a transformation program. The first engagement is one concrete process, scoped tightly, built and put into production. It stands on its own, and it produces the data and trust that show what is worth automating next. We build rather than advise: every engagement ends in a working system running in the client's environment, not a slide deck.

We choose the model that fits the job, including Claude, GPT and Gemini, and design for reliability first: clear handoffs to people where judgment matters, and systems the client's team can actually live with.
