Avoid this at all costs. Ripoff company. It feels so dumb not having read the reviews before using them. Hope this review helps others.

This company is a rip-off. They will answer only to try to sell to you and get your credit card. Once you've paid, they stopped answering and ignore any customer support requests. Extremely poor customer service and inexperienced people who just hang up the phone or stop email conversations when they don't know how to reply if you get off the script.

Canceled the project after realizing that this company was not a company any sound person would work with. They simply don't provide the service that they are advertising and don't reply any of the forms of communication besides for getting your credit card info.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Unfortunately there is absolutely nothing good to mention from this company.

Customer support is extremely poor. Inexperienced people don't respond to requests.
