AlliedStack deployed a dedicated pod of 4 senior engineers and 1 PM to support AIC/RCD Hotels — one of Mexico's premier resort groups — across two parallel workstreams.

ADA-Compliant Wedding Booking Sites: We built two custom wedding booking microsites for separate resort brands, both meeting WCAG 2.1 / ADA accessibility standards. Delivered in under 60 days using React and Next.js.

AllInAgents Platform Rebuild: We re-architected the Agent Rewards platform (allinagents.com) from the ground up — a B2B portal for travel agents to track bookings, room nights, revenue, and loyalty tier rewards. Built on Next.js and Node.js with a fully custom dashboard, agent profile management, and tiered rewards engine.

Results: 3x development velocity compared to the client's prior in-house team. Both ADA sites launched on schedule. Agent portal now serves hundreds of active travel agents with real-time booking data.
