“Innovative app for classical music concert halls”
The idea was to bring new technologies into the classical music world. We provided ASC with plenty of information about what the app should look like, what kind of features it should include, and how we wanted it to function. It was built for both iOS and Android. We asked for several core features and functionalities. We wanted to digitalize the content of the printed program booklets. We also wanted music score reader, GPS navigation and in-app contact form. We also wanted to divide transmission of audio and video. In our software, audio is never transmitted as it is a live, accoustic sound in the venue for audience members and the video is the only thing that we transmit. The main challenge was to keep the latency as low as possible of the video. They had to overcome the latency feature from our starting point of approx.. 30 sec delay to 300 hundred milliseconds. The app has been buil according to estimated schedule and all necessary updates has been delivered when needed and planned. I recommend working with ASC.
