Start with a small, defined engagement

• AWS Infrastructure Review — USD 500 / 5 business days. A read-only review of one workload, one AWS account and one primary region, covering up to 20 agreed resources. Receive an architecture overview, cost opportunities, prioritized findings and a 60-minute walkthrough. Implementation is scoped separately; savings are not guaranteed.
• CI/CD Pipeline Setup — USD 1,500 / 10 business days. One application, one repository and one existing AWS staging target using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or an existing Jenkins installation. Includes build and existing-test automation, deployment checks, artifact rollback guidance, a runbook and handover. New infrastructure, application fixes, database migrations and production rollout are excluded.
• Terraform AWS Foundation — USD 3,000 / 15 business days. New ECS Fargate infrastructure for one stateless HTTP application, in one AWS account and region, with staging and production configuration. Includes Terraform, networking and access configuration, logs, basic alarms, validation and handover. Databases, CI/CD creation, existing-infrastructure imports and live traffic cutover are excluded.

These are separate starting offers. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before kickoff. Timelines begin once required access and inputs are available; client delays extend delivery. Taxes, cloud usage and third-party licenses are additional.

How we work

Work directly with the founders. We agree responsibilities and success checks before implementation, validate the changes and deliver configuration and documentation in your repository. For scoped implementations, we provide written updates twice weekly and a handover session.

Based in Pune, India, we collaborate remotely in English with international product teams and development agencies. Meeting overlap and access arrangements are agreed at kickoff.
