We operate as our clients' complete outsourced IT department: a 100% US-based help desk physically located in Memphis (never outsourced overseas), engineering for servers, networking, wireless, and security, cloud infrastructure through a data center partner with 16 locations nationwide, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licensing and management, tested backup and disaster recovery, web content filtering, low-voltage and fiber cabling, access control and camera systems, and certified on-site wireless heat mapping. Our support model comes from military experience: written standard operating procedures, constant communication, and a team that stays until the job is done.
