Please provide your feedback on how Goodfirms has contributed to increasing your visibility among potential clients.
Goodfirms has been a credibility accelerant for us. When a buyer is doing vendor shortlisting, they want external validation they can quote internally. The profile, reviews, and category placement reduce perceived risk, shorten the “why them?” conversation, and make first calls warmer. It is also useful for inbound because it captures buyers who are already in procurement mode rather than just browsing through thought-leadership.
Please introduce your company and describe your role within the organization.
Appenue AI is an AI-driven growth and business transformation firm. We operate as an external think tank for companies that want measurable change, not another AI tool bolted onto messy processes. My role is to lead strategy and transformation design, oversee delivery quality, and stay accountable for outcomes and executive communication.
What inspired the founding of your company, and what is the story behind its inception?
Appenue AI was founded on a simple pattern I kept seeing: companies would chase tactics (new tools, new channels, new hires) while their underlying system stayed broken. You can’t automate dysfunction. The company was built to fix the system first - the operating model, the incentives, the workflows, the decision velocity - and then use AI where it actually compounds value.
What are the core values and principles that drive your company's culture, and how do you ensure alignment with these values across your team?
We anchor on: transparency, openness, entrepreneurial ownership, inventiveness, and a practical benevolence mindset (doing the right work, the right way, with clients and partners). Alignment is enforced through how we run discovery, how we document decisions, how we report progress, and how we treat governance: clear scope, clear success criteria, and no magic tricks.
Can you highlight some of the key achievements or milestones your company has accomplished since its inception?
  • Helping 100+ organisations refine strategy, enter underserved markets, and improve value propositions (global scope).
  • Delivering measurable outcomes in client work, such as revenue lift, productivity gains, and operational efficiency improvements (see case studies below).
Could you explain your company's business model? Do you primarily operate with an in-house team or utilize third-party vendors/outsourcing?
We operate as a senior-led transformation partner: strategy, change design, and delivery leadership stay tight and controlled. Where specialist build capacity is needed (engineering, cloud, product delivery), we use vetted delivery partners under our governance, with clear accountability and documentation. In other words: we keep the brain in-house and scale the hands responsibly when required.
How does your company differentiate itself from competitors in the industry?
Most firms sell “AI adoption” as if the model is the work. We don’t.

We differentiate in three ways:

  • We treat AI as a transformation lever, not a feature list - process, structure, incentives, and capability come first.
  • We operate like an external think tank with delivery discipline: diagnosis, roadmap, implementation orchestration, and measurable reporting.
  • We bring a supply-chain style view of the organisation: visibility, connectivity, resilience - so improvements persist beyond the initial engagement and continue to compound.
How would you describe the dynamics within your team, and how do you foster collaboration and teamwork to achieve common goals?
We run cross-functionally by default. Transformation fails when work is thrown over walls. We keep collaboration practical: shared artefacts, weekly checkpoints, clear owners, and decision logs. We also reduce theatre - fewer meetings, more outputs, tighter feedback loops.
What measures do you take to support the professional development and growth of your employees? Do you offer training programs or opportunities for skill enhancement?
We build capability transfer into engagements: structured training, internal “champions”, knowledge repositories, and role-based upskilling so the client (and our extended delivery teams) don’t become dependent on us. Internally, we prioritise continuous learning around AI tooling, change management, and operating model design because the landscape changes monthly.
Could you share a notable success story or case study that exemplifies the impact your company has had on a client's business?
One example: a health-conscious supermarket chain engagement focused on revenue growth and inventory efficiency. Results included a 15% revenue increase within six months, an 8% increase in average basket size, a 20% improvement in customer retention, and a 30% reduction in inventory depreciation through better forecasting and smarter discounting/product placement.
What industries do you primarily cater to, and do you have a significant percentage of repeat clients? If so, what is the ratio of repeat clients?
We work primarily with organisations where operations, growth, and execution discipline matter: retail, healthcare, professional services, and transformation-heavy environments (including sales, marketing, and internal operations).

About 65% of our revenue derives from repeat clients.
What initiatives does your company undertake to foster innovation and stay at the forefront of industry trends? Do you invest in research and development projects?
We publish and productise our thinking: frameworks, readiness models, and practical guidance on AI adoption and regulation. We also test new workflows internally (automation, data-driven decision systems, governance patterns) before recommending them to clients. Where regulation is relevant, we stay close to risk-based approaches and compliance realities so clients can adopt AI without creating data-leakage or governance debt.
Please share some of the most sought-after services that clients approach your company for.
Clients approach Appenue AI for structured AI-driven growth and transformation programmes rather than discrete services. These engagements focus on strategic planning, operating-model alignment, and execution guidance across different stages of AI maturity. Enablement components, including AI literacy and readiness sessions, are embedded within these programmes to support capability transfer and adoption, rather than offered independently.
How do you build and maintain strong relationships with your clients, and what mechanisms do you have in place for gathering and acting upon client feedback?
We keep it simple: set expectations early, document scope and success criteria, communicate on a predictable cadence, and show the work. Feedback is gathered continuously through stakeholder check-ins, measurable KPI tracking, and post-milestone retrospectives. If something is drifting, we surface it early rather than polishing slides about it.
How has your company adapted to changes and challenges in the business landscape, and what strategies have you employed to ensure resilience and sustainability?
We’ve stayed resilient by avoiding dependency on a single tool or trend. Models change, platforms change - operating discipline and governance last. We’ve doubled down on repeatable transformation patterns (assessment, sequencing, capability transfer), and we keep engagements modular so clients can start with high-ROI wins and scale responsibly.
What payment structure do you typically follow when billing clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, or Pay per Milestone (phases, months, versions, etc.)?
Typically, pay-per-milestone or monthly retainer, depending on whether the engagement is scoped as a transformation programme, a build, or an enablement track.
Do you accept projects that meet your basic budget requirements? If yes, what is the minimum budget requirement? If no, what is the minimum budget you have worked with in the past?
Yes. Our minimum engagement starts at $3,499 per month, designed for organisations beginning their AI journey. This starter tier focuses on structured planning, executive guidance, readiness assessment, and performance alignment. We operate on a phased engagement model. Foundational tiers are deliberately limited to planning and guidance, while execution-heavy services are reserved for later stages or formal tenders to ensure governance, feasibility, and measurable outcomes.
Can you provide an overview of the price range (minimum and maximum) of the projects your company worked on in 2025?
In 2025, most engagements were delivered under our Starter and Growth programmes, with monthly values ranging from $3,499 to $5,849, depending on scope and execution intensity. These engagements focused on planning, go-to-market strategy, and guided execution, excluding AI implementation and bespoke generative AI solutions.
What technological capabilities does your company possess, and are there any ongoing or planned investments in technology infrastructure or tools to enhance your services?
Capabilities include: AI adoption programmes, workflow automation, analytics-driven decision systems, internal tool design, and change enablement. On delivery, we can support modern stacks through trusted partners when deeper engineering is needed (cloud, data, web/app, DevOps), while we maintain governance, architecture intent, and transformation outcomes.
Where do you envision your company in the next 10 years? What are your long-term goals and aspirations for growth and development?
In 10 years, Appenue AI should be a recognised external think tank and execution partner for mid-market organisations - known for making AI transformation actually work, not just look good in a deck. The long-term aim is to scale a productised capability layer (training, readiness, internal tools, and repeatable operating models) while keeping the senior-led quality bar intact.
