It helped shave down a lot of time and keep us on track, but some things could have been walked-through a bit more early on to make sure the app met our needs all the way through. My overall experience with Arctic Grey has been outstanding. From the initial consultation to post-launch support, the entire process was smooth, organized, and highly professional. They successfully migrated our store from WooCommerce to Shopify while preserving all of our data, including products, SEO, and analytics, without any issues. The team built a high-performing, conversion-focused website and integrated our POS and inventory across multiple locations into one centralized system with real-time syncing. Communication was excellent throughout, especially with our account manager, who was always responsive and helpful.
