BaaS Innovation 博士旺創新

BaaS Innovation (博士旺創新) is Taiwan's first publicly listed blockchain company. Founded in 2018 as BaaSid Co., Ltd., it began by leveraging blockchain technology to address information security challenges with solutions like Soteria, a decentralized secure storage system, and Pistis, a decentralized identity (DID) authentication platform. In 2020, BaaS Innovation participated in Taiwan's Blockchain Service Infrastructure project, led by the National Center for High-Performance Computing. By 2021, it secured a patent for blockchain data storage and acquired Croxlink Co., Ltd., integrating supply chain application solutions into its portfolio. In 2022, the company launched Taiwan’s first blockchain-based supply chain finance platform in collaboration with the YFY Group, benefiting over 1,000 suppliers. That same year, it developed a decentralized membership management app for the ADATA Group, setting a benchmark for B2B2C applications. In 2023, BaaS Innovation introduced a virtual asset custody solution, combining software and hardware with global partners, enabling financial institutions to enter the virtual asset domain. Later, the company joined the ADATA Group as a subsidiary, rebranding as BaaS Innovation. From 2023 to 2024, BaaS Innovation partnered with healthcare and financial institutions to implement supply chain finance and identity authentication solutions. It is also a key participant in Taiwan’s RWA platform and digital identity wallet projects. Looking forward, BaaS Innovation aims to lead in supply chain finance, decentralized identity, digital asset, and blockchain-driven innovation, expanding its global reach with cutting-edge solutions.
