What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
The experts at Innowise Group always stay in touch with clients, even after the product has been deployed, providing in-depth consultation, maintenance and enhancement whenever needed. We consider the partnership a long-lasting process that doesn't abruptly end after we launch the solution - it's not like we shake hands and part ways. There is a joke that we can't give up holding on to clients for the long haul.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We offer our clients three basic pricing models to choose from: Time and Material (customers pay for a standard labor rate per hour), Fixed Price (the price is agreed upon during negotiations and cannot be changed), and Dedicated Team (client hire our specialists on the monthly basis starting from 0.5 FTE). In some cases, we provide a mixed model that allows clients to adjust project budgets monthly based on the scope of work during the next iteration.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Innowise Group collaborates mainly with large and middle-sized companies, as well as VC-backed startups. Usually, the projects we tackle cost from $20k and more depending on the product requirements, the scope of work, duration, and other factors. Nevertheless, we are open to partnerships and discussing all the details of potential collaboration individually. Once again, I would like to assure our customers that they can reach out to us anytime, and we will respond promptly.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
There is no generic answer to this question. Based on the collaboration and pricing models chosen, we calculate the final project cost before signing the contract. Our rates vary depending on the specialists' level and hourly rates, the project's complexity, and the timeframe, but they always stay reasonable without sacrificing the quality of the product. Last year our minimum project cost was approximately $18k, and the maximum price reached a few million dollars.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Despite unfavorable economic conditions, we are not planning to slow down. On the contrary, we are even more determined to enter new markets and expand our capacities, seeing opportunities where others report threats. Thankfully, we have many dedicated enthusiasts who will never give up on developing the world, so I guess we're on the right track.
