Review Summary
The team at Bricx is very experienced, and have an uncanny ability to understand user requirements and design accordingly. Unlike conventional designers, they spend the required time to think from a user perspective before coming up with solutions that have the right mix of aesthetics and usability. And their communication throughout the process was top-notch.
The end result is a webapp that is professionally designed and can rival the biggest production-grade webapps out there.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Deep understanding of requirements from a user and business perspective, and the willingness to prioritize usability over other considerations like looking 'pretty' to create the best possible output.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
They take some time to get started during the research phase, which makes you feel like work is not being done. But as they progress, you understand why they spent this time and it really shows up in the work that they produce.
