In PCB development, developers often face problems with the large number of components and manufacturers. It is difficult not to lose track of the current components. Wrong decisions can lead to cost-intensive problems during production. CCon uses a self-developed software to support our board developers optimally and to avoid errors caused by wrong, already discontinued or not correctly created components. This software reduces costs, time and errors in the development of PCBs.
Since CCon relies on the free development software KiCad and has developed this software specifically for use with KiCad we want to make it available to the community free of charge.

Functionality:

• Management of the component libraries of KiCad
• Multiuser mode possible via NAS or cloud systems like Onedrive, Google Drive or PCloud
• Create, edit and delete parts
• Automatic import of part information, data sheets and prices from Mouser
• Automatic merging of PCB symbol templates, footprints and 3D models
• Clear checking of part libraries for changes and misinformation
• Automatic logging of all part changes
• Import of BOMs for cost calculation of PCB parts

Automation of an agricultural attachment for precise cutting of firewood. 

A CCon controller is used, which is optimally adapted to the harsh conditions of agriculture and the requirements and functions demanded here.

For this project, CCon not only supplied the hardware, but also the very extensive programming according to customer requirements.

Characteristics of the memory programmable controller: 

• 12 digital inputs 12 Volt, 6 of them can be used as analog inputs
• 12 digital outputs for up to 8 amps
• 4 PWM outputs for up to 8 amps with current measurement
• 6 analog inputs 0 to 10 volts
• Wifi connection to the control tablet
