Team have been proactive in ensuring that we start using the system.

Experience has been great with the Cloud on Hire team. Post implementation that handhold us for 3 months. This ensured that we were comfortable with system and had configured the system as per our requirements.

Describe your project in brief

We collaborated with 'CloudOnHire' on the CRM front. They helped us in setting up an efficient Customer Management system with detailed Analytics and Insights of the courses, demands from students/parents, preferences, behavior patterns and more, enabling us to better understand our students & their parents requirements etc which in turn helped improve Customer Satisfaction and Engagement which helped in improving sales and revenue.
Team did a excellent job to handhold us for a period of 3 months in ensuring that we able to take the ownership of system and use it effectively.

Team have been proactive to understand KHALI Edutech requirement and were able to do the right solutioning.
