Common Ground Ventures

Common Ground, an operator-led group in Phoenix. Five principals cover brand, capital, execution, technology and law, and take working seats inside client companies instead of advising from the side. Jesse Fowler, a general contractor and developer, leads execution and development. Work includes fractional CRO, CMO and COO seats, go-to-market and brand, construction channel and estimating support, development advisory, and AI-assisted operations and search visibility. The first conversation is free, and fees can be tied to one agreed metric.
