The Cybersecop has great expertise in development, and the products they’ve built for us are very easy to scale or down. In addition, the resources that The Cybersecop has assigned to us have worked well immediately, and if it turns out in the rare case that they don’t, they replace those resources quickly. Overall, their work has been absolutely instrumental in our software development capacities.

The amount of work delivered within the given time exceeds all expectations. The CybersecOp developer worked independently, with minimal coordination. The web application works as expected, and the code follows the style and standards. It's an excellent job.

We delivered the first version to our friendly beta user one year after the project kick-off. After 6 months, we start the subscription mechanism to earn money. Until now, most of the users who are at the end of the beta period are willing to continue using the product and move to the pay subscription.

Their timeline assessments are good and always deliver when they say they will. We usually communicate with them through email and Slack.

Cybersecop checked all of those boxes; they were very open and transparent about their pricing and the use and release of credentials. They also put a lot of diligence into breaking the project down into engineering hours per person. They went on to track that on a weekly basis, which was key to making sure that we were on track with our goal while staying within our budget.

The final product is in production, and we’re absolutely content with it. It’s also making a profit for us. Their team said it would take half a year, and it was more or less done in that time. I’ve never seen such a precise estimate; it was really on point. The budget projections were always very correct, and I was very impressed with how precise the estimates met the actual reality.

They’ve developed tools that have made our employees’ lives easier, especially as our company continues to scale. They’ve made some critical integrations of our database, which have dramatically streamlined our operations.

We're very happy and satisfied with how everything has turned out and with the whole Cybersecop team. Their willingness to discuss issues, fix problems, and help us with anything we need is great, so I wouldn't want to have developed this product, especially the MVP with anyone else.
