Founded in 2001 at the Science & Technology Park of Crete, our team of 20 works with clients worldwide, drawing on 25 years across 30+ software projects, products and services.

Our work includes the Greek PLF, European dPLF and EU Common Ship Sanitation Database. All three critical public-health systems integrated multiple national infrastructure systems on production-ready cloud infrastructure. During their pandemic operation, European dPLF processed millions of passenger forms per month and Greek PLF received tens of thousands of submissions per day. The 2025 Ship Sanitation delivery included the complete platform, legacy-data migration and an inspector mobile application with offline support.

Building and maintaining our own software gives us the perspective of a product owner. We bring that experience to decisions about architecture, reliability, support and how your software will evolve. mCore handles more than one billion SMS messages per year; Sendium, its core routing engine, is available as separate open-source software.

Cytech holds ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 27701:2019 certifications for information security and privacy management. We address security and privacy by design and by default, within each project's architecture and delivery requirements.

High-quality software. Efficient delivery. Our project evaluations, using the IFPUG function-point measurement method defined in ISO/IEC 20926:2009, recorded around 4 engineering hours per function point. For context, ISBSG's published Java benchmark averaged 6.9 hours per function point.
