We’ve had really positive feedback from the members of our organization. We’ve incorporated a pop-up survey to obtain feedback for the site, and over 80% of the respondents said that they were happy with the site’s content and with how it feels and looks. Aside from that, the new website really helped with the two main issues that our organization struggled with: document version control and managing its interactions with its members. Before, we used to store documents in multiple places. Now, users can access documents easily through our website — we can now sort and filter our documents to find the information we need very quickly, whether it’s prior educational materials or restricted materials such as council minutes. Application forms for teaching courses and awards have also been digitized and turned into electronic submissions, making it easier for us to collate information from applications because we can now just pull those from the backend.

The extent of work that was carried out started with the identification of our players and their behaviors. The next step was to design and build a wireframe and a prototype of the home page and key sections of the site – the games pages and the user account section. As soon as we signed off on the designs, they built the site using principles of responsive web design. The artifacts produced were: high-fidelity prototypes, a style guide, documentation for the development team, training materials for our team for the new system.

From beginning to end, our experience with Design Studio UI/UX was outstanding. The group showed a thorough comprehension of our business requirements and converted them into an e-commerce platform that is ideal for achieving our objectives. They took the effort to comprehend the intricacies of our fiber optic equipment and created a user-friendly design that made browsing and buying simple for clients. Feedbacks have been positive so far, despite some objectives changing along the way, the team patiently and steadily developed the projects without complaints, they provided high quality work accompanied by excellent communications and polished project managements.

The project required engagement of five committed experts, namely; two UI/UX designers, one project manager, one web developer and one Quality Assurance specialist to enhance on teamwork in the course of the project implementation. The work included wireframing, prototyping, design, front and back end development, integration with content management systems and final testing and quality assurance. Some of the major delivered features were promise of perfect native mobile responsiveness, unique paths for each user, striking aesthetic design, and tuned conversion path. The company displayed the most impressive professionalism by showing real interest in identifying the specific requirements that we have and how they can meet and beyond those.

We began by designing structures for the new web interface, concerned with the movement from one area to another, including the visualization of products and our objectives came up with a design that represents our organization and at the same time creates desire for the products that we are dealing in. The team designed a new website on a responsive web design framework to support the website’s access across multiple devices without any issue in the flow. We did performance and usability tests, and corrected bugs before making the new website live. The team also offered an extensive training to our in-house employees and constant maintenance after the platform launch.

The work included analysis of requirements for the current site, mapping of the existing sites, competitors analysis, mapping of the existing and potential users, creation of wireframe and a detailed prototype, first and second level designs, content development and integration of the new site into the existing systems. Through its core deliverables outlined, a new website design was created, change in the navigational structure, illustrations and icons were done, enhancing its user interface and order process.

The most empowering part of this partnership is their timely and detailed action, bug are fixed quickly and the right questions are asked to minimize spin and waste. Their project manager was very professional, easy to talk to and had a good sense of humor. Communication was clear and concise. Developers were brought into the calls when first hand communication was critical to avoid miscommunication and maximize efficiency
