Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?

Designs Guru Studio is a company that is synonymous with The Golden Ratio of Designs. The studio is based in INDIA. Over 4 years, we have completed more than 350+Design Projects Delivered, 15+Years of Industry Experience, 5+Years in Business(Since 2013), 35 + Global Countries Valuable Clients. We have specialized in UI/UX Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, Brand Identity Design, and Front End Development. We know that good design means good business. We believe that good design can help solve significant challenges. Designs Guru Studio goal is to provide you with creative services that will increase your company’s bottom line and grow its online exposure. My name is Rajesh Wankhede. I am the founder and SarikaWankhede is the co-founder of DGS. I'm not only the founder but also a senior UI UX Designer, Web Designer, Graphic Designer with more than 15+ Years of Industry Experience, graduated from Design University with specialization in Graphic Design & Illustrations Design. My primary role is to make every design user-friendly and straightforward as per received client requirement. A good design is not just pretty graphics on the screen, but its all about finding relevant information easily. We take pride in what we do, so we want to make sure that our design is innovative. My vision is to work hard to meet the client's needs and providing excellent quality output and to satisfy the clients. Sarika's main role is to cover all clients' needs, analyze all their requirements and offer the best possible solutions to their ideas, and try to manage a client’s Web Design/Front end web dev projects from start to finish. Her role within the DGS is to regulate and improve our business processes. We help our clients succeed by creating brand identities, digital experiences, and print materials that communicate clearly, achieve marketing goals and look fantastic.

What was the idea behind starting this organization?

I have started my carrier as a Web/Graphic designer in 2002. While experiencing and viewing design technology around me, I saw that there was a good scope in UI/UX, and graphic design services, so I started Designs Guru Studio in 2013. For me, designing is not only a passion but an obsession as it impacts every sphere of my life. So I wanted to start my agency where I always preferred client satisfaction first and honesty. Unique concept and Creative creation idea is the main effect of my profession. We are currently working for a number of start-ups and agency for their requirements of graphic designing and web designing work ."Designs Guru Studio" is our professional Design Tech Studio based in India, Where art meets technology.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We believe in delivering quality design services to our clients. Therefore DGS has a dedicated in-house team of Designers so we do all kinds of design work in our studio only. We’re an in-house professional experienced designer who graduated from a reputed Design University with specialization in Graphic Design & Illustrations Design. All our processes from discovering, define, design, develop are done within our studio only.

How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?

DGS has a dedicated in-house team of Designers for designing all sort of Web Applications. Our main objective is employer satisfaction because “Customer Satisfaction is Worth More Than Money!” by delivering the best quality designs to them. This gives us an edge over our competitors. We work with all kinds of clients from newly funded startups to established organizations. We are good at web development, software development, mobile application development companies, and advertising agencies as an integrated hand on their projects while helping them best with our design skills like UI/UX Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, Brand Identity Design and Front End Development services.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

Mostly we focus on IT industries, and we have been working with different sectors, such as start-ups, beauty industry, travel, education, medicine and healthcare, gambling, sports, e-commerce, agriculture, real estate industry and so on for their UI/UX, Digital and Graphic designing needs. Yes, we have repetitive customers, and its ratio is up to 80% because we believe in the quality of work rather than quantity. We aim to live Happily, Work hard, and serve the client our best.

This ensures creativity and usability are infused at every stage of the project making it exciting and sticky to users.

Which framework do you suggest your clients to go for when they approach you with an idea? Why?

Depending on the business sector and the user base, we suggest the most approachable, feasible, and beneficial platform. We always recommend to our client to go with open source frameworks. That improves maintainability, discoverability, reach, and quality.

What are your recommendations when it comes to developing a web design? Which framework do you suggest on working with?

It depends on the client requirement. However, we would suggest a free open source framework like Bootstrap (HML5/CSS3 ), Wordpress.

What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a website design?

The main key factors we consider while deciding the cost of website design : -Size of the web/app design project -Which is the Level of the skill set required for website design -Amount of time which is needed to accomplish this project -Client’s budget -Speed of delivery

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

We are flexible in terms of payment structure. It could be Pay per Milestone with Fixed cost as well as Hourly payment. We discuss the payment terms with each client and choose the best solution for both sides. We have many repeat clients due to our quality design services and good faith, and they make full payment before the start of the work.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

It depends on the type of projects we want to do and not the budget. Sometimes we work on projects which look attractive and want to add to our portfolio. DGS gives more importance to client relationships. In many instances, even though the project was small, good relation with the client has helped us get a huge one. If the project cost, the employer offers, is reasonable enough, we are glad to work with the employer.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?

In 2018, we worked on projects with a varied price range. But usually, it depends on the which design service clients wanted; we typically like to work with positive and like-minded clients.
