They made export documentation for my two cars and belongings. T1 plus GMR
At the end of the process they were supposed to return my guarantee. They informed me that will not return the whole amount because they will deduct more money because of working out of opening hours. They didn’t made an invoice for that amount but only specified in the email at the end point when was supposed to return the guarantee.
After a month I still didn’t receive the guarantee back! Not recommended!

I requested export documentation for two cars. Two T1 documents and GMR but at the end of the process they were saying that will deduct more money from the guarantee without an invoice and still guarantee not paid back after a month.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
They say are 24/7
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Charging extra without an invoice.
