Ecom Majesty

Ecom Majesty is a Shopify CRO agency founded in 2023 and based in Ukraine. We work with Shopify merchants in the UK and Europe who are losing sales and want one team to both diagnose the problem and fix it.

Our conversion diagnostic takes about two weeks. We review analytics and tracking, session recordings, a short customer survey, and the store's speed, apps and theme code, then deliver a ranked list of fixes with the evidence and effort behind each one. The diagnostic starts from €1,500 and its fee is credited in full against a fixed-scope build of €5,000 or more signed within 30 days.

Because our designers and Shopify developers work in the same team as our researchers, the fixes actually get built: product pages, cart and checkout, theme migrations to Online Store 2.0, custom apps and Shopify Functions, product configurators, and integrations with ERP, PIM, rental and subscription systems. Each change is made in a preview theme, approved by the client and measured against a dated baseline.

Clients include CACTi PCs (UK custom gaming PCs), Creative Lab Amsterdam (made-to-measure wallpaper), The Soft (cashmere) and Womy Sleeper (baby-sleep rentals).
