ELPO Bilisim

ELPO Bilisim is a software and automation company in Turkey with offices in Istanbul, Kocaeli and Konya. The team started in 1997 with hardware and ERP work; the company has been a registered legal entity since 2011.

ELPO has been on the GIB (Turkish Revenue Administration) special integrator list since 2015. More than 13,000 businesses issue e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Waybill, e-SMM and e-Producer receipts through ELPO. Every document passes business-rule, XSD and schematron checks before it is sent to GIB. There is no setup or monthly fee: customers buy credit packages, and credits stay valid for 2 years.

Since 2007 ELPO has built fuel station automation: pump, tank and station management systems that send station data to the energy regulator. Other products are SmartERP (ERP), Cortex (AI-assisted work and CRM management), SmartSarj (EV charging management, OCPP), an e-Signature library and SkyyDesk remote desktop software.
