Siena is a design system conceived and developed for the next generation line of software. It was created to convey a modern and technological look and feel, unify the UX and UI across all the software as well create a solid technological base to develop frontend faster and more consistently at a fraction of the cost.

Siena is composed of more than 45 UI Components, dark and white visual schemes a variety of custom colour themes and an extended online documentation and playground making life easier for every front-end developer and designer. This design system is currently being used to develop the Communication Service Provider (CSP) Portal also developed by Finecortex.

Mobotory is a company with cutting-edge AI technology focused on the insurtech space. We started working with them developing ML intake an application focused on gathering incident data. After seeing our design capabilities they asked for our help on their branding department.

The new logo based on a variation of the moebius strap connects the concept of advanced mathematics with the AI technology. A simple and clean typography was created based on the grotesque fonts classical style, giving a timeless but modern look to the logo.

A branding manual and support assets were provided helping the Mobotory brand to be coherent across formats and elements.

ML Intake or Mobotory Input claim is a software aiming to capture incidents on the spot with a high degree of accuracy and send the data instantaneously to the insurance company and the Mobotory AI predictive core. This allows companies to take control over the incidents reducing claim costs and time.

The application is designed around different types of users that can create, modify or view incidents, as well as see statistics of those incidents on different locations and periods of time through a dashboard panel. Since the application uses real data a high degree of security and privacy is built in to keep data safe and secure.

Another interesting feature that we develop is the ability to view the incident form in multiple languages with a simple button, allowing the capture of data between users with different spoken languages. 

The application also provides the users with a videocall integrated nurse system that can assist with basic health guidance when an incident has occurred. 

The application is currently being used in a number of Oklahoma and Oregon restaurant self insured groups as well as in multiple Thrive restaurant group locations amongst others.

The CSP Portal, which is part of a Connectivity Management Platform (CMP), is designed to fit all the needs of any Connectivity Service Provider (CSP) regardless of their role in the IoT Value-Chain.

We are designing the UX and UI for this portal as well as implementing the frontend, connecting all the APIs and services necessary for the product to work. For this project we created also a graphic design system called Siena, which we are applying to make the look and feel consistent across the product.

Currently, the CSP Portal is being tested in a broad spectrum of telecom companies around the world.
