GaiaX is a startup studio founded with the mission of "Empowering the people to connect." Believing in a future where people's thoughts and feelings connect, leading to a society where people naturally help each other, we develop businesses primarily in the social media and sharing economy sectors. As a startup studio that continuously generates businesses, we provide thorough support from the pre-startup phase, from generating new business ideas to growth. Through support from all angles, including business development, engineering, back office operations, and fundraising, we have produced numerous young entrepreneurs to date. Furthermore, through a business model that encourages the independence of existing business units, and through investment in and nurturing companies established by GaiaX alumni and external startups, several companies have already gone public. As GaiaX promotes business creation, we utilize decentralized technologies such as blockchain and autonomous, decentralized organizational forms known as Teal organizations, so that each individual can take on social problems as their own, act with a sense of mission, and realize a better society.
