GrowWeb

GrowWeb is a Belfast-based paid media agency founded in 2019 by Aedín O'Neill, who brought over a decade of digital advertising experience to build a business focused solely on paid channels rather than a broad marketing-department-in-a-box. Her sister Sinéad joined in 2021, adding a background in data analytics and investment that now underpins how campaigns are measured and optimised.

The agency specialises in Paid Search, Display, YouTube, Paid Social and Programmatic advertising for both B2C and B2B clients, including ecommerce retailers, insurance providers, education and training providers, and consumer brands. Recent client work includes a 36% year-on-year revenue increase for an online retailer, a 62% rise in transactions for a fashion boutique, and a 20% increase in conversion rate alongside 300 new policy sign-ups for an insurance client.

GrowWeb's work has been recognised at the UK Search Awards (2022–2025) and UK Paid Media Awards, including Best Local PPC Campaign and Best Integrated Campaign. The team runs a transparent, data-led process: clear KPIs agreed at the outset, monthly reporting, and campaigns adjusted against performance rather than fixed briefs.
